Computer Gaming Peripherals(Keyboard and Mouse) Buying Guide | Quick and Simple.

There are many options available to the costumer for choosing the peripherals for their system. Whether your PC setup is for Heavy Duty work, Gaming or Just Casual Media Consumption and other stuff, everyone needs to own basic peripherals such as Keyboard and Mouse. In this article I will be talking about Keyboard and Mouse and not other peripherals such as Printer,Scanner,Graphics Tablet and Etc. So here is a quick and simple buying guide on Computer Gaming Peripherals.

Gaming Keyboard Buying Guide.

Some of the people reading this article already know more than me about gaming keyboard, still I will be discussing about gaming keyboards as some people will be interest in knowing the minimum specifications that a Keyboard should have. 

Keyboard and its Type.

When talking about keyboard there is nothing specific that it should have in order to be classified as a standard. There are basically two types of Keyboard available in the market 

1. Mechanical Keyboard : Mechanical keyboards is the type of keyboard which popular among gamers. This kind of keyboard is priced bit higher than an ordinary Membrane Keyboard. In gaming Keyboards, the switches which are most popular are Cherry MX Red followed Cherry MX Blue and Etc. These switches are mechanical switches and gamers like the tactile feel of these. Every different Cherry MX switches have different Actuation Points, Tactile Response and Sound. One can get Key switch set on Amazon in order to choose the best kind of switch before buying the keyboard. There are other cheap alternatives to Cherry MX switches which are just duplicate but gamers who use these keyboards have no issue using them. The Mechanical Keyboard that I prefer is Xanova Pulsar which is an affordable one has no RGB but offers backlit keyboard with white light and other multimedia buttons. The Key switches are Cherry MX Red and Priced at around $70.
2. Membrane Keyboard : These keyboards are by far the most affordable one and you might used this kind of keyboard before as most of the laptops offer this kind of keyboard. These keyboards replicate the feel of Mechanical Keyboard to some extent but I myself would still suggest buying a Mechanical one for tactile experience.

Gaming Mouse.

Gaming Mouse is just a regular Optical Mouse with additional features such as DPI, Additional buttons, Aesthetic looks, Weight adjustments and Etc. Some people might argue that Gaming Mice are superior to a regular optical mouse which is true as different brands offer their unique features in their product. Talking about my favorite gaming mouse then it Logitech G502 Hero. 

While Buying a Gaming Mouse you need to check the above mentioned features.

Bonus Information.

• Although Wireless Peripherals contribute to the aesthetics, using wired Peripherals will save you some bucks on buying batteries.
